All of my babies are one of a kind sculpts, when you buy one you will have something that nobody else in the world has. I take great pride in my work and always strive to produce pieces of high quality, I spend literally hours and hours of my time producing them, and I want all my customers to love them as much as I do.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, in the first instance please contact me either by email or by telephone and I will endevour to help.

Payment: For secure payments on this site you can use either Paypal or Google checkout.

Damaged goods: Postal insurance is covered in the postage price, so if your doll is damaged in transit it will be covered. However, I always pack my babies extremely well so it is highly unlikely that any damage would occur.

Dispatch times: I will always dispatch as soon as possible after payment is received. On a normal working day if you pay before 12 pm noon I will post that day, otherwise it will be posted the following working day (excluding weekends or bank holidays). I use either first class recorded or next day special delivery so you can expect to receive your doll in 1 to 3 days. If you have not received it within this time please contact me and I will chase the post office. In the event of a loss in the post a full refund will be issued.

Returns: I want you to be happy with your doll, if you are not then you are welcome to return it within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price, provided it is returned in it's original condition. However, you will be liable for the original postage costs, as well as the cost of return postage.

Care of your ooak doll: Polymer clay is fairly robust as clays go but it is breakable. The dolls are made with adult collectors in mind and are not toys. Never give an ooak to a child, it will not last very long if you do. Store your doll in a position out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight and heat sources. If you have a glass covered display cabinet that is the best place for your doll as it will be protected from dust. If you need to dust it then use a soft, non abrasive cloth, do not use polish or scratch the surface in any way. To remove dirt a barely damp cloth may be used to gentle wipe away.

Lifetime Repairs Guarantee:  I will repair minor damages free of charge, but you will be liable for postage costs. If your doll becomes damaged contact me by email or telephone to discuss details.
