Portrait Babies

A baby is the most amazing thing in the world to me, a precious gift, perfect in every tiny detail. Having a baby changes your life, gives you somone who will always love you, and depend on you to love and protect them from the very first moment you lay eyes on each other. If you are anything like me, you will takes hundreds of photographs and video clips of your baby, but it is inevitable that little by little they will grow up, and your beautiful baby will only be a memory.
 Having a portrait baby made in the likeness of your precious child is a way of freezing that special time, capturing every perfect detail in 3d. It is lovely to look back at photographs and remember those days, but with a portrait baby you can hold, feel, touch and cuddle that memory, it's a very special keepsake.

My latest portrait baby was commissioned by his grandmother, he is a bouncing baby boy called Lawrence, and his gorgeous sleeping face was a pleasure to sculpt. He is life sized, he measures 53cms, the same as the real Lawrence did when he was born.

If you would like to commission a portrait doll please contact me here. Portraits are my absolute favourite thing to sculpt, prices are dependant on the size of the sculpt but as an example, an 18 - 20" doll would be £250. I always accept payment in instalments.
